Del started Beyer Auction and Realty with his wife Lola in 1986. Since then, he has worked primarily with farmland and acreages in Northwest Iowa. He is a member of the Iowa and National Realtors Associations, as well as a member of the National Auctioneers Association, and a director on the board of the Iowa Auctioneers Association. Del has a passion for auctions and creating auction events, and he also loves people and meeting their needs. He and Lola have two daughters and four grandchildren.
