Tract I: Sold first, price per acre multiplied by 109.68 acres

Once sold, each tract will remain sold — no combinations will be offered.
Real Estate Taxes:

Seller will pay all real estate taxes due by September 30, 2026 for Tracts I & II.

Taxes for Tract III (acreage) will be prorated to the closing date (Oct. 15, 2025).
