This 80 acre tract of unimproved farmland will be sold at Boyden Demco Center beginning at 10:30 AM on Friday, February 23, 2024. Final bid will be multiplied by 80 acres.
Terms/payment Non-refundable, 15% down payment day of auction, with balance due on or before April 1, 2024. Possession will be granted at closing April 1, 2024 and current lease has been terminated. This farm is offered as a cash transaction, and NOT subject to any financing contingencies. Seller will continue the abstract to date and provide clear and marketable title.
